· Camp I:   Tuesdays/Thursdays- June 4,6,11,13,18,20,25,27 (5:30-6:30pm)

· Camp II:  Tuesdays/Thursdays- July 9,11,16,18,23,25,30, Aug 1 (5:30-6:30pm)

 

Description:

The basis of this camp will be to improve the overall conditioning of both male and female athletes. Athletes will perform both strength and conditioning exercises to improve performance, prevent injury, and build sportsmanship. Instructors will reinforce proper techniques to enhance the experience of each athlete. The camp will utilize progressive training to prepare athletes for overall strength and conditioning.
